Telltales Returns – Getting Submitting for Horizons on 27 November
October 12th, 2012 | Published in Frontpage
A little breather has made all the difference and we are ready and raring to go for Telltales this November.
As always it will take place on the last Tuesday of the month – the 27 November – at the wonderful Rum Bar, Killigrew Street, Falmouth where a warm fire and delicious cocktails await.
And this won’t be any old Telltales – it will also be the launch of our third, and rumour has it final, Parabola Project; Horizons. More about that later.
For now, anyone who is interested in reading out at the November event should upload their stuff using the form on the right, labelling it clearly November Telltales.
In honour of the launching issue of Parabola the theme is fittingly Horizons, so think pastures new, change afoot, a distance too far, unreachable goals, never-ending hope, or whatever the theme conjures up for you.
Short stories, poems, novel extracts, travel journals, scripts, anything goes. So long as it is an original piece of work submitted by the writer we’re easy.
Submissions for Noevember’s Telltales will close on the 14 November and we’ll let you know by the 18 November if you’ve been successfully programmed.
Can’t wait to get back on it and start reading your stuff. Good luck!
